Concert "A Reunião" (Portuguese for "The Reunion") brings together D'ZRT, Just Girls, and 4 Taste, attracting a crowd of 40.000 Fans

On June 8th, the Passeio Marítimo de Algés in Oeiras (Lisbon) was the setting for an unforgettable event that brought together over 40.000 people. The iconic bands from the popular TV series Morangos com Açúcar — D'ZRT, Just Girls, and 4 Taste — were the main attractions of this remarkable concert. Fans from all over the country gathered to celebrate the enduring impact of the TV show, which aired from 2003 to 2012, and its influence on a generation.

The concert, titled "A Reunião" (The Reunion), also featured special guest appearances, including the singer FF. For many, it was a nostalgic journey, celebrating the music that defined an era. The event was particularly notable for marking the return to the stage of 4 Taste and Just Girls, while D'ZRT had already made their comeback last year with the "Encore" tour, which sold over 200.000 tickets nationwide.

Blim Records, under the direction of producer Ricardo Ferreira, handled the musical direction for the concerts of D'ZRT and Just Girls. Ricardo shared insights into the creative process: "I aimed to create a unique experience for those who attended the concert. I took special care to ensure that the new musical arrangements, which invigorated and modernized these songs, did not distort the memories that people have of them. I sought to balance the old and the modern, bringing a new dimension that, in my view, adds fresh interest to these songs."

The show was a massive success, marking the first time the venue, equipped with one of the largest stages in Portugal, was filled exclusively with the presence of Portuguese bands. "A Reunião" not only celebrated the legacy of Morangos com Açúcar TV Series, but also reaffirmed the relevance and vitality of national pop music, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of thousands of fans.
